If employees are not aligned with certain groups, their job security can be negatively impacted. Leadership should take a closer look at the performance of middle management, including managers and especially team leads, as there is a noticeable lack of accountability and work ethic in these roles. Confidential discussions with management are not always kept private, as the individuals in question often become aware of what was said.
