Pros
An extremely good workplace for young talented people to develop their self-esteem and trust their abilities by being shown a lot of trust and given responsibility. A wonderful melting pot of highly engaged and talented people with a high degree of diversity. The trans-disciplinary workways and collective resilience have improved a lot during the past couple of years - making it the koolest place to work - speaking for myself.
Cons
The culture is very dynamic and the ongoing changes, may not be for everyone - but if you keep your own cool and are able to find your serenity and are able to embrace the steadiness of the change, you will be like a fish in the water. I would have been bored if the dynamic had been way lesser..
