      Pros

      Great location, good food, some cool peeps.

      Cons

      They literally take 60-70 % of your tips through the tip pool. I've never worked anywhere where tip out was more than 35%. Also lots of tourists, not always the best tippers

      Pros

      Working next to Santa Monica beach is beautiful. Mostly nice and enjoyable coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management and owner. Poor communication, disorganized, structure is nonexistent, high turnover rate.
