      -All team leaders and country leaders have been promoted from the base level, resulting in a lack of experienced management in India. -Yearly hikes at BPP India are quite high, which means we often have to accept lower salaries when we leave the company.

      lots to learn and some people are experts in their space so one can beef up knowledge and then leave

      Cons

      no procedures or processes …super disorganized for a global company with 300 employees .. no strategy just a lot of task doing … terrible recruiting practices…mgmt pulled multiple job offers a week before employees where due to join company… depended on CIP for all business and unable to get other customers
