      Floating holidays & very nice coworkers

      Cons

      High deductible health insurance is expensive. Low salaries for new hires & mediocre raises because private equity is extracting profits. Eroding of org culture due to string of mergers/acquisitions. This all causes high turnover & high work loads for remaining employees

      Employees are nice to work with

      Cons

      Owned by private equity. Too many acquisitions and too much turnover. Huge pay disparity. Some “Managers” and “Senior Managers” only have a couple of years experience. Probably promoting to prevent employee terminations.
