      Flextime, benefits, 401k is okay but given the industry this should be better, its just average (match is great everywhere but here)

      Upper Management, Work Expectations, Bonuses and increases are a joke!

      Floating holidays & very nice coworkers

      Cons

      High deductible health insurance is expensive. Low salaries for new hires & mediocre raises because private equity is extracting profits. Eroding of org culture due to string of mergers/acquisitions. This all causes high turnover & high work loads for remaining employees
