      Pros

      Few people I enjoyed working with who gave it their best and believed in the company.

      Cons

      No real benefits. NO PTO, 401k, HOLIDAY PAY, HEALTH INSURANCE, ETC. Long work hours. Sweat shop work environment. Most people especially management and engineers lack the knowledge to grow the business. The list goes on.
