      -Great cause for potential global impact although exactly how is unclear. -Very diverse team and talented. -Good focus on culture, internal education and supporting diversity.

      Cons

      -Lost confidence in senior management's ability to make good decisions and effectively grow the business. Struggling startup and executives seem lost on direction and strategy. -Lots of concerning turnover lately in key/vital positions; signs of troubled journey ahead. A number of very talented management team members are no longer with the company. - Beware: ask lots of questions on strategy and growth plans and ask for proof of results (how they are performing to targets and expectations) before accepting a job offer.

      - Bright, talented, wonderful people to work with. Everyone is truly united by the mission. - Small teams means you get to participate in a whole range of design activities - A good place to learn, with a culture for learning - The mission is truly unique and exciting, the products are generally exciting and impactful to work on

      Cons

      - Design culture is relatively hard to work with compared to other design driven tech companies, the company had other priorities - would not say that it's a design centered company - Smaller teams mean you get limited mentorship - Fewer career growth opportunities due to small teams and limited resources
