-Rapidly growing company with an environment that allows employees to be in control of their personal growth. -I worked on a variety of projects and given a lot of latitude to take the lead. -I gained experience in the full design + manufacturing process, working on everything from PCB design to testing procedures to inventory management. -Employees who are motivated and achieving are fairly rewarded and compensated. -Overall great work environment, daily interaction with product builders and management— the team atmosphere is ever present.

-Management could address space limitations of the current facility.

Some of the entry-level coworkers were good people.

I experienced targeted harassment and a deeply unprofessional work environment. After raising concerns about the treatment I was receiving, I was quickly terminated. This is not a company that values fair treatment or its employees.
