There is an open door approach for all departments and the goal is to do the right thing and build a company that will lead the way in autism treatment. We aren't perfect but we are constantly striving for improved quality and outcomes in everything we do.

Its a large company. Not a con but--It is bigger but each center has the ability to build their own culture within the company.
