I have been working at BlueCava for over 3 years and have had tremendous personal and professional growth during this time. I have had a unique opportunity work in and lead different teams in the company, from Quality Assurance to Data Engineering to now Products. • have had our fair share of strategic direction and personnel changes in the past, but now we are on a focused path of solving the most challenging problems in digital advertising • can always use more games (pool, ping pong & foosball are not enough :) )

The company went through some pretty significant leadership changes, which was a tough transition initially (which happens at startups). Since then though, we've grown a lot on both the development side and the client side. We've also hired several people to fill positions that were seriously needed, and opened a 2nd large office in NY where many of our customers and partners are.
