- Bluecube supports personal development within the company, they allow you to improve yourself and progress. - They are growing rapidly, meaning new opportunities within the company - The general work environment is very friendly, and there are a lot of amazing people to work with.
Cons
- I don't feel as though there are enough events, where people from different parts of the company come together to meet and socialise. It seems that you get to only know the people you sit next to.
