Pros
The answer is not always apparent, so it is a great place to add your value to the team's research and client questions. The team is easy to work with and don't take themselves too seriously The research coverage is broad, so there are lots of areas to lean and grow in water– climate impacts, municipal water, water/ energy nexus, digital water, developing countries....etc.
Cons
The work can be hard - digging up data to presenting the analysis. The back and forth to determine the best insights can be consuming. It would be more fun in the office, which is closed for now until Covid passes. It is a small company, so the pay is not great (but the work and team atmosphere are the real benefit)
