Pros

work from home was the only plus

Cons

Management is horrible! They do not support their employees and listen to the real concerns. Everyone is overworked and there was no appreciation from management or said CEO. Numerous employees had to work past business hours to just stay a little ahead as you are constantly having to respond to timed emails and internal requests on top of the weekly meetings. Taking any time off was a disaster as there was no one available to cover for you and when you returned, you would have to spend days playing catch up. Multiple employees left after Blueprint was acquired by Place due to the workload and no real support. Employees having to work different markets with no training on specific requirements for each market and were made to handle transactions that NO ONE (even the attorneys and management) knew how to handle which lead to a lot of missed requirements and upset clients. Blueprint has started to hire people from overseas rather than keep the jobs stateside as it is cheaper to pay foreign employees. Overall just a stressful, unappreciated place to work.

Pros

PTO is unlimited but you don’t use it much.

Cons

As the company is actively hiring, please BEWARE. The CEO is very convincing but he is a huge liar & believes his own lies. He is never in the wrong, cannot handle feedback, & takes everything out of his employees, especially management. Everyone is miserable at this company and this place will suck every ounce of energy out of you and expect more and more and more. Nothing is ever good enough.
