Pros

Stable, scalable company with a seasoned product and leadership team. Hiring for experience and results. Building a next generation Customer Generation Activation Platform to amplify and make data actionable for marketers. Our Product team has deep experience with real machine learning and AI at the center of the platform, with real ROI and results versus just re-platforming customers from one tool to another with a slightly better UI. Great benefits, comp, and perks for both HQ and remote employees. Collegial and friendly atmosphere with a very focused and smart team. Some of the smartest and most thoughtful engineers I've ever worked with, and deeply engaged founders.

Cons

Standard growth oriented startup challenges - doing more with less resources, wearing several hats day to day, processes need to be streamlined so everyone can do what they are best at (these are all being managed and addressed as we scale and mature)

Pros

Blueshift is genuinely solving real problems for modern marketing teams. It’s a very “low ego, high ownership” environment where you can speak up and be heard. The company really does care about long-term customer health. We were encouraged to push for the right solution, not just quick wins or upsells. Leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. I had regular opportunities to share what we were seeing in the field and see that reflected in the roadmap. You get to work with a wide variety of B2C brands (e-commerce, media, financial services, travel, etc.), which keeps the role interesting and sharpens your strategic skills.

Cons

The company moves quickly, which is exciting but can also mean priorities shift and you need to adapt often. It’s a good fit if you’re comfortable with change. As with many growing SaaS companies, some processes and handoffs are still being refined. You sometimes need to build the playbook as you go. On busy quarters, CS can feel stretched across many strategic accounts and projects. You have to be good at prioritization and time management.
