Pros
Free fruit, breakfast daily,company socials, some staff are really helpful and do try to chip in towards overall goal of company
Cons
Constantly overworked and pressured, quantity is definetly favoured over quality in terms of work produced. A real sense of despair can be felt in some teams that are understaffed and struggling to cope with workload. Don't bother to come in early and start working because that too is not appreciated. Favouritism culture if you are not apart of the clique then don't expect a promotion to be given to you on work or merit.
