Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that not all property managers or will be a good fit in our culture of no Regional Managers, no micromanagement and full empowerment, and that is ok. We look for vetted, energetic, self motivators that have earned the respect to operate the property with minimal hand holding and no bureaucratic red tape.
