      Flexible timings with work from home opportunities

      Cons

      This is the worst management. They hardly communicate with their employees, they only communicate when they want to put the blame on something. They will call you at night around 12 asking for an update(special mention goes to Vishesh Khatri ceo) very toxic environment to work. They never listen to their employees. They have no vision where to take company. In short worst than Lala company

      Passionate people who care about their product and the solutions they provide to their customers. Bluetick hirers smart hardworking people. The management truly cares for their employees.

      Cons

      The management get in the way of themselves when making decisions. It slows down the sales process.

      Pros

      Remote working location and opportunity to make your own schedule. A lot hasn't been sold in the past so no real pricing model to follow

      Cons

      Try to micromanage from a distance and no direction from management. Know the industry and that it takes time to build relationships.
