      Pros

      The product is great. If you don't mind not having a life you get to build your role and do whatever you think is good.

      Cons

      Haven't heard from the founders in months. Toxic work environment. Unreachable business goals. Team objectives unclear. No people initiatives. They offer unlimited holidays then make it impossible to take a day off. Depending on your team you might get screamed to on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Good working environment and colleagues.

      Cons

      Bad management. They are having a lot of financial issues that ends up on them doing layoffs and cuts that penalize a lot of people and a lot of other people ended up leaving anyway. I don't recommend it.
