Pros
BOA has been the best company I’ve personally ever worked for. A great deal of importance is placed on excellence, transparency, trust and treating one another within the workplace and the greater community with kindness and respect. Working at BOA is a rewarding experience for me and other people who value a collaborative, upbeat and inspiring environment with plenty of room to grow. It is a pleasure working with nearly all of my colleagues as they are all creative, intelligent and very supportive individuals who make the day to day operations enjoyable. Plus, if you like the outdoor industry and love spending time recreating, skiing, snowboarding, cycling, running, adventuring in the mountains – you will be right at home with the culture here in Denver. Compensation is fair, benefits are good, work schedule flexibility is great and the hybrid WFH / in-office policy is an ideal fit for most. I have few criticisms and am generally stoked to be a part of this organization.
Cons
I do feel like compensation could be improved given the ever-increasing cost of living and inflation forces at play in our country. Especially for those who are not on track for any promotional opportunities within the organization.
