      Pros

      free use of equipment whenever you want great coworkers - mostly 16-24 year olds fun environment site manager is excellent pays above minimum wage

      Cons

      terrible relationship with corporate customers are rude they don't allow tips corporate rules don't really translate to the lower jobs - ie, no tank tops even though the staff works outside for 9 hours in 90 degree weather bad technology
