Pros

They paid the daily rate, as promised, they worked with my personal schedule.

Cons

Yes, it's a new approach and innovative company, however, the CEO does not respect the Brand Ambassadors. He wants to pinch pennies. The BAs are expected to go above and beyond for bare minimum pay, work for extra hours without extra pay and come to unpaid MANDATORY meetings. We were driving cars that we were supposed to have motorcycle licenses for, which never happened. The cars were literally falling apart and often unsafe. I was skeptical from the beginning, when I was told one pay rate, and then it changed immediately. I could go on about how awful this experience was, but it's frankly not worth any more of my time. If you've decided to join Bobcar Media.... good luck.

Pros

If you can make it here, you'll make it anywhere. Seriously, if you survive this job and actually meet their expectations, you are a rockstar and deserve superhero status

Cons

Where does one even begin with a company like this? This is not like working for any other marketing company out there. Not only are day to day work expectations physically dangerous, you will be pitched the job as if there is so much opportunity to grow in their "family." If this is family, it is the most disfunctional and abusive family I've encountered. Any positive reviews were not written by former employees. Everyone who works there leaves burned out and bitter. I saw so many people go in positive and full of hope, only to leave beaten down, disheartened and bitter. Not only is the pay not what promised, getting it is almost blackmail, because they make you agree to things you would never agree to in order to get it. The way this company is run is mind blowing. they don't even have an HR department, so if you need a reference for credit, forget it. Honestly, do yourself a huge favor and do anything else for a living. Bag groceries for minimum wage. At least you'd be able to sleep at night knowing you weren't being paid the same to be dishonest.
