      - BOBST machinery is industry-leading, particularly in die-cutting and folding-gluing - Excellent factory training opportunities in Switzerland - Strong technical knowledge base and good exposure to complex equipment

      Cons

      - Poor scheduling and work-life balance — extensive overtime with limited respect for personal time - Management lacks transparency in pay decisions — promises made but rarely delivered - Low base salary forces reliance on overtime to achieve reasonable earnings - There is a reason why 8 Field Service Technicians left the UK team

      Pros

      The work is fulfilling and the role offers an immense amount of work/life balance being hybrid.

      Cons

      Almost 2 years in the company and the only possible con is some of the systems the company uses (puts more manual work on employee). Otherwise, none. Truly a wonderful company.
