Terrible company to work for - HR Manager Bode (WA) Employee Review

The company does honest work. It gives you a lot of independence. The roles definitely fits a self starter. Upper management is friendly with a sense of humor so it doesn’t feel cold working here. I work a multi-site and it’s easy to communicate with my supervisor location needs. Everyone is rooting for each other to be successful and given room to grow.

I do wish the time off structure was slightly different but it’s 100% still fair.
