      Een erg lange sollicitatieprocedure waarin je zonder communicatie aan het lijntje gehouden wordt. Je bent duidelijk niet de prioriteit en dat merk je, terwijl je er zelf wél een hoop energie in steekt. Dit zegt veel over de cultuur bij Boels. Het is een parttime job om zelf achter je sollicitatie aan te zitten. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen.

      On the outside seemed to care about us with personal gifts (birthday Christmas Easter) friendly staff

      Cons

      No communication regarding direction from head office. Lots of internal moaning. When we did talk to the support office. Seemed to be lots of dissatisfaction with Holland interfering.
