Pros

Good communication and feedback. Strong constructive criticism, leading to stronger work and more efficient performance. I would happily work for them for another semester if I could.

Cons

Not the most immersive experience. I mostly did script coverage, but was hoping to maybe sit in on phone calls or meetings with potential clients (writers, producers, directors, etc. )

Pros

Laid back environment, friendly and welcoming employees, helpful supervisor, and a great kitchen! Especially for interns, I appreciate that there's no grunt work involved. If you're doing an internship in development, that's what you work on - script coverage. No lunch orders or coffee runs or administrative work. Everyone has been very supportive of helping the interns find work, as well. A truly encouraging environment.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons, except that the internship is unpaid. This has been fine for me, though - it's been a real learning experience, more so than any paid internship I've ever done, so it's been well worth it.
