Their unlimited PTO isn't unlimited in a sense, and don't try to actually use any of it because they will give you a hard time about any time you need/want to take. They are type A personalitities that say they want someone to come in and help them grow however you will have to to things their way with their ideas. They don't care about their employees at all and you truly are just a number to them. They will fire you in a heartbeat and not even think twice about it.
