      I really enjoy my job, and everyone I work with. - Bollinger offers a great work/life balance. - Family run and family oriented - Professional atmosphere - Decent benefits package. - Good PTO package - Semi-flexible work hours

      Work from home optional two days a week for engineering. Not much overtime expected from salaried employees.

      Cons

      PTO and holidays not competitive with neighboring shipyards. Insurance out of network in Alabama.
