Pros

Bonfire puts culture first, from CEO down to all levels. There is regular communication to staff on contract wins, changes, and up to date company info. Some great benefits such as professional development, flexible working hours and great coffee. They are a great company to work for and hold regular social functions throughout the year.

Cons

I can't think of any cons.

Cons

They don't pay particularly well. Very SEO-focused, so not much exposure to advertising.
