      Terrible communication. CEO has no idea what's happening with his employees. No planning, everything has to be done right now.

      Nothing positive at all to say about Bonide since the Valvoline people took over.

      Cons

      Discontinuing products, going after the box stores, they have no respect for their employees or their opinions.
