Lots of start then stop. Promotions given to those who are friends with upper management. Slow to implement ideas. Employees are not fully trusted to do the jobs they were hired for. IT has all authority on what’s prioritized, allowing for a lot of necessary updates to fall through the cracks or just not be completed at all.
