I really enjoyed my time at BookedBy. One of the best things about the company is how open they are to new technology (AI specifically) and trying to stay ahead of the curve. They’re not scared to test new tools or ideas, which keeps things exciting and pushes everyone to learn. The leadership team also puts in effort to make it a good environment. There are happy hours, team events, and plenty of chances to actually get to know the people you work with. The hybrid setup is also a big plus. Three days in the office and two from home feels like the right balance between focus and collaboration. In the past, there’s been a bit of turnover at the leadership level, which made things feel unstable at times. But it really seems like they’re on the right track now with more consistent direction, stronger mentors, and a clearer structure across the teams. The office itself is a nice space and the culture keeps improving. Most people there are passionate, genuinely care about what they’re working on, and are always up for taking on new projects. It’s a good place to grow and be part of a team that actually wants to build cool products.
