Pros

I'm so grateful to have had the chance to work at Bookwhen. I've got to meet some incredibly intelligent and wonderful people who love to connect despite us all being fully remote. I've certainly made friends for life, and this company has been the springboard in my career. So pros.. - Being able to make big waves and carve out my role has been truly magical! - Having autonomy - My role has been very varied and exciting as I've got to try many new things! - No blame culture - A supportive and collaborative environment has fostered creativity and helped friendships bloom - Flexibility - Awesome feedback culture - Bookwhen staff are the best people! - The benefits package is excellent

Cons

- Can do a bit better with diversity, but the business is making positive changes, which is lovely to see.

Pros

Bookwhen is a fantastic place to work. Each day is different, as you're helping small businesses grow to scale, large businesses streamline busy admin and franchises expand their brand. There's a real sense of belonging within the team, and each team member (all the way to the top) will go out of their way to help you in any situation. From fantastic people to an equally awesome work culture, Bookwhen has been essential in developing my skillset within the SAAS industry. I would recommend this company to any keen tech lover. Pros - A clear mission statement and vision. - A healthy, inspiring work environment. - Very flexible working hours for those of us who have children. - A new, strong progression framework for career development.

Cons

- Working remotely can be tricky, so it's always good to check in with your team members for some interaction! - A fast growing business can be tough to ride, but it's worth it.
