Pros
Young and jolly environment. Great colleagues. Great fun-filled parties and supposed reflief from work monotony!
Cons
Management is not good at all. Promotions have a faint hint of existence. Pay is deducted at random for leaves since there aren't any paid leaves! Believe it! You have to work at your maximum productivity non-stop to 'earn' back your earned leaves!!
