Pros
Company takes care of its employees, good HR, I don't recall any issues with management, good transparency, people are nice and friendly
Cons
Low pay compared with industry standards (even for Poland), I hated projects that I was working on (a lot of microtransactions; projects were just attempts to get money out of ads with no meaningful gameplay)
