Pros
During my time here, I've been given ample opportunities to develop my skills and take on more responsibility. Our ELT members are humble, down to earth, and responsive. My peers also makes it feel like a little family as we are all here to support each other. The culture in here is genuine and most of all, it's a pleasure supporting the team. I would also say that work life integration/balance is also encouraged. We all have a good laugh even when things get a little stressful! We're committed to our work, yet we maintain a sense of humor about ourselves. From a diversity perspective, I've always felt welcomed and valued here. Our CEO's emphasis on creating a diverse and inclusive workspace genuinely stands out.

Like any workplace, there are challenges. However, the open-door policy ensures that any suggestions are heard and acted upon promptly.
