      Pros

      The benefits such as the discounts are really nice, and most of the people who are actually working with you hands-on are really nice

      Cons

      Corporate culture and responsiveness is very low, they do not seem to care about their employees, I personally worked at the Draper Boondocks, and management there could not care less about how they treated their employees. They will either schedule you not at all or every single day, there really isn't an in between.

      Willing to work around schedule complications. Will treat you like family and truly make you feel valued as long as you show good work ethic.

      Young, often immature workforce. Sometimes some work drama between employees.
