      Pros

      B&P is a good company that values all the employees and clients. Benefits --- average Culture- Great

      Cons

      Progression/Promotion is slow--- even you are tenured Salary-wise, not everyone is well compensated. Salary increase --doesn't happen annually, this is still based on the performance/client satisfaction. Salary for tenured and newbies are almost the same--- seems not fair, they have to check and review all their employee records to review.

      Fast hiring process and that’s it

      Cons

      They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
