      Culture is great They invest in people, process and tools/technology Open door policy approach Leadership and C-Levels are always ready to listen and understand their people C-Levels are always open to new ideas and suggestions especially in the AI Adoption across to streamline work efficiency processes

      Pros

      Fast hiring process and that’s it

      Cons

      They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
