Pros
Bosque is a great company to work for. The company takes great care of their employees by providing training and certifications to ensure that we know what we are doing when we are out in the field. They also pair you up with mentors to learn the specifics of the job on the field. The pay is great, there is a lot of hours and overtime opportunity. They also understand whenever you need to take days off if something comes up. The supervisors and managers are also very in touch of whats going out there in the jobsites and just like any other worker are not afraid to work so its not uncommon seeing them help out rigging up and rigging down side by side with you. They're not just corporate people delegating stuff in their offices, they are actually out there genuinely trying to help to make sure the job gets done right. Overall if you like to work they'll keep you busy and they'll pay you well for your time. The company kind of feels like a family and I only had to leave for personal/family reasons but hands down one of the best places I've worked at.
Cons
You might stay working for a lot of days in a row however they'll make it worth your while and anyone can request days off and if you let them know with enough time they'll give you time off with no problem.
