1). The founder is the worst, treats his employees like slave, is very very rude, and micromanages everything you do. 2). No work life balance, 11-7 timings, even Saturday's aren't off. Plus if you leave at 7, the founder taunts you. 3). No work appreciation. Your work would be treated very badly, no value for it. Don't join this company if you value your mental health.
