It was evident from my first day at BDG that staff morale was very low. The staff was not friendly with each other and the environment was very individualistic. There was no orientation, and my training was a patchwork system provided to me by various individuals in the office who often contradicted each other. It was a very frustrating and demoralizing experience. I was happy to leave and thankfully found employment in a more professional office where the staff is valued and adequately trained.
