Gave me experience when no one else would - Account Manager Boston Direct Employee Review

I’ve worked at Boston direct since last September and it’s honestly been the best job I’ve ever had. I had such a hard time once I got laid off from my last job due to covid. I struggled in the job market because no one would hire me without experience in their industry first. I was so happy when Boston direct called me for a job interview and even offer paid training. I was taught everything I needed to know to be successful in the retail sales industry. Now I make enough in sales commission that I average around $28 an hour. I’ve never made that anywhere in an entry level role. I love that they have flex scheduling So I can work how ever many hours I want to or how ever little.
