Pros
A lot of pros to list.
▪︎Merit based growth, in control of your own paycheck and getting promoted.
▪︎Strong support system, if you want to learn or need help, all coworkers and management will help you achieve your goals
▪︎Fun work environment, the office exudes positivity and makes you want to come to work.
▪︎To get promoted you have to work for it, promotions are NOT seniority based, work for what you want.
▪︎Basically business school you get paid to go to. I've learned a tremendous amount of information regarding the career path I want and this business will teach you everything you need to know about becoming what you want to be.
▪︎Work/Life balance, as per all sales jobs there is a lot of work to put in but if you need time off or have to take care of personal issues, management is more than helpful to make sure you're set.
▪︎Pay, it is weekly with direct deposit if youd like. You are in charge of your own paycheck. Work for what you want and you will achieve it.
Cons
If there are any cons, they are what you make them. If you do not like to be in charge of your growth and pay then there is your con. If you're not willing to work hard for what you want, then that is your con.
