      Pros

      Every team member is supportive, open, and committed to being the best in their field. It's easy to come to work every day knowing that it's going to be a good day.

      Cons

      Some would have an issue with the 100% in-office policy but it's generally only a pro for culture, speed, and collaboration - it depends on the type of work you're looking to do

      The company has friendly people, decent pay

      Cons

      Very immature leadership. They were hiring like crazy shortly before laying off over 35% of their employees. Nobody saw it coming except the exec team, who apparently didn't mind firing 35% of their employees if things go wrong, especially the new joiners. Transparency is definitely not one of their values. Join this company only while continuing to look elsewhere
