      Good employees, growth, locations are clean

      Cons

      This company is a wreck. The owner is an ok guy who is trying to kick his feet back and in doing so has lost site of the companies direction. The number 2 guy is an argumentative tool. This company is filled with its competitors Mis-Fits. Your CORE VALUES are nothing more than Pieces of Paper on your Walls...... nothing more. If you don't know one of the higher ups prior to starting here, your about to know the meaning of "Hostile Workplace".

      Pros

      BLE is family owned and operated and they value family. Something money can't buy is an employer taking your family into consideration that for me is important. I respect the company and management, any given day you will see the owner of the company working along side his employees sweating and dirty. Nothing is expected from their employees they wouldn't or haven't done themselves. And I strongly believe in the company's core values.

      Communication could be better especially between management and employee.
