      Pros

      In general I would say that the flexible was pretty schedule, even as compared to your typical part time job. Compensation was above minimum wage plus tips for parties.

      Cons

      As a previous reviewer commented, management can get very political and is under great pressures to keep numbers up without really doing much to help assist employees.

      Great place to meet new friends and gain valuable experience. Very awesome early job.

      Sometimes you get the "Karens" of the world. Nothing you can do about that though

      Good cash tips and free food.

      Cons

      Was lied to by management that I would receive $50 for every person I referred to the company. Hours were bad and pay was even worse. The only reason I stayed was for the cash tips.
