      I’ve been with Boundless Life since the early days, and it has been such a rewarding journey. The flexibility, supportive culture, and inspiring mission make me grateful to work here every day. I truly love my team, the leadership, and the mission itself feels meaningful — like you’re part of something bigger than just a job.

      The only “con” is that the bar is set so high, it spoils you for any other workplace.

      Boundless Life offer an opportunity to teach in beautiful destinations around the world. Using an innovative and 21st century education model. The company is supportive and provides amazing training.

      Most families transition each 3 months and this is almost like restarting the 'school year'

      Lovely team mates at the Education Center.

      Cons

      No guidance on the role. Teachers were told to use iPads for the children to teach them math and English. Unsafe building. Was expected to work overtime without compensation.
