The CEO, and some managers can be very condescending a lot of the time, and make flippant and disrespectful comments to staff members, which kills morale. A call team who are forced to meet targets, or get a disciplinary, in spite of having to tell potential customers, on the phone, that they don't have to meet targets. An oppressive and petty culture with too much punishment for the slightest wrongdoings, and no reward for going the extra mile.
