Provides the opportunity to do high level work in a location where such opportunities are limited. Decent benefits and pay.
Cons
Cold, bottom line focused, and cutthroat. I have been told that the organization felt far more like family in the past, but during my time there it was anything but. The caliber of partners that you work for vary from office to office. For example Parkersburg and Morgantown are more collegial, while Charleston is a nightmare. The lack of retention and diversity evidences this point.
